How can I add my details to the MilNetUK database?

To add your details to the database, click here and complete the form, which you should then submit.

How can I amend the data I have on the MilNetUK database?

To amend your existing data please e-mail the database administrator by clicking here.  You should state your surname, first name and last 5 of your service number, along with the details that need changing.

How do I remove my details form the MilNetUK database?

To remove your data from the database, please e-mail the database administrator by clicking here.  You should state your surname, first name and last 5 of your service number and request that your details are removed from the database.

Why do I need to give the last 5 digits of my service number?

Your last 5 digits are used as a form of identification, to allow the database administrator to amend your details.

What is the purpose of the MilNetUK database?

The database exists to allow both veterans and serving personnel to attempt to contact missing comrades.

Who can add their details to the MilNetUK database?

Any Army, Navy, RAF or MOD Civil Servant, whether serving or a veteran, is eligible to add their details to the database.
