If you are having difficulties with your internet connection using our 0845 access number, please call 0870-063-2222. They will help you with setting up dial up networking. You will be answered by Kingston Communications, who operate out dial in service. When speaking to the help desk, please ensure that they know you are using MilNet.

Both lines are open from 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri, and are charged at the national rate.
