Our Help Lines. We have two help lines available which are described below. Please use these if you cant find the required information in the FAQ are Dialup Networking pages below. We'd be happy to hear from you if you have had particular difficulties or have suggestions for additions in our FAQ.

If you are experiencing difficulties with connecting to the internet, please phone 0870-0632222. Calls to this number are charged at the national rate, and lines are open Mon to Fri 0900 - 1800. Support is only given on these lines to connection problems.

If you need help with other difficulties, eg e-mail, configuration of browsers, or help with our CD, please call 0844-884-2901 (note, new number wef 16 Oct 2007), lines are open Mon to Fri 0830-1700. Before phoning, please check our Frequently Asked Questions page (see below) for answers to common questions.
