From this page you can download a small program to run on your Windows computer to enable to to connect to the Internet very easily via MilNetUK. This program is the same as the one on our CD, which was updated in January 2009. If you dont wish to download the programme, you can always email cd@milnet.uk.net with your name and address, and we'll send you a copy of our CD through the post.

Here's what to do:

• Download the file to a temporary directory (eg C:/temp)
• Disconnect from the Internet, close down all programs running on your computer
• Extract the file milnetuk.exe from the downloaded ZIP file
• Press the 'START' button, press 'RUN', in the window type 'C:/temp/setup'
• Follow the instructions on the screen.

The program puts an Icon on your desk top, and you can click on this to connect via your modem to MilNetUK.

The program is totally compatible with Windows 95, 98, NT, Win2000, XP and Vista. Its is not compatable with Mac computers.

Once you have your connection up and running OK, return to the MilNetUK web site to signup for your e-mail account(s) (choose your own user names and passwords).
